Kenya Moore or her ex-husband Marc Daly are legally split!
According to court records acquired by In Touch, the “Real Housewives of Atlanta” (RHOA) star will receive primary custody of their lovely 5-year-old daughter Brooklyn..
However, the agreement specifies that Kenya and Marc would share joint legal custody, allowing Marc to make critical decisions about Brooklyn’s upbringing.
To ensure a good co-parenting relationship, the former couple agreed to do custody exchanges in public places.

Marc will pay Kenya $2,000 each month in child support, despite her higher income. He will also put an extra $1,000 each month into a college savings account for Brooklyn.
Kenya agreed to maintain Brooklyn’s healthcare insurance, while both parties will share any uninsured medical expenses.. Neither party will get alimony or spousal assistance.

The court judgment highlights the importance of Brooklyn’s strong relationship with both parents.
The judge ordered both parties to foster close, nurturing relationships between the minor child and each parent, and to avoid any behavior that might undermine these positive relationships.

Kenya was given “exclusive control over any and all economic opportunities for 24 months.”
Following that period, the parties will be required to attend mediation to decide on final decision-making authority. However, if the parties cannot reach an agreement, they will be obliged to appear in court.

Kenya has the final word on whether Brooklyn participates on RHOA or “for any other economic opportunities for Mother”. In such case, Kenya must explore these options with Marc and provide details about any on-camera appearances and their content.

The application also argues that “[Kenya] shall have final authority to decide whether to include the minor child on a television show or to provide Father with any other economic Father must notify Mother of any opportunities for the minor child to appear on camera, including details about the nature of the appearance. The minor child will only participate in opportunities that are age appropriate.
